    I’ve been working out hard this last year and a half and now I just want to concentrate on my abs. It’s always the last thing to get right, that belly fat just wants to hang on tight lol. I really needed something to train my abs and build my core up! This equipment was in my budget and it does so much! I can use this one machine in 11 different positions. My favorite is on my knees and I pull my knees up gliding towards the handle bars. I can really feel my abs working hard here. I get sore fast so I know it’s working. Each day I am gradually increasing how many I can without a break. Once I have each position masted I can change the resistance to just by moving the front bar. I appreciate that this is foldable not taking up much space in my home gym leaving more room for my other equipment. The knee cushions are also a plus as i can concentrate on the workout and not be in more pain from my knees lol. It has an LCD screen the time and calories burned while I ride it as well. It’s very quite as no one knows I’m working out unless they walk into the room. This machine can hold up to 330 pounds so my hubby can use it too. It’s very sturdy and assembly was fairly quick and easy.

I like that you can adjust the incline to making it easier or more difficult depending on your fitness level. With all the different exercises you can do you can really target all areas of your abs
