I’m 5’10” 256lbs waist size 42/ XXL ( Levi’s ). I read a review as warning it runs small. So, I went with the 4XL and 3XL. If you’re around my waist size ( don’t get the 3XL 😂 ). Now for the 4XL. I was able to get it on ( thighs and lower – loose ), butt area ( kind of snugged ). But you can definitely feel how tight they get when you squat or sit down.
