I’ve been having sciatic issues and could not wait to get this in the mail. The first level I felt a stretch, but after 2 minutes I no longer felt a stretch so went to level 2 and wow. It’s so amazing how much of a good strech you get with this. I had to very slow lay back on it. It took a few days before I could even begin to think about trying level 3.
