Seems like it has great adhesion but time will tell. I’m kind of anal so when I laid out the pattern before I stuck them on,
I was really trying to be precise with the spacing. The backing is white so it showed up on the floor of the tub. When you pull the backing off they are clear – so much that I can’t even see them. So, pattern and spacing when you install the strips are really a non-issue. Easy peasy.

Follow instructions, clean and dry. I even waited for air drying, after cleaning and even drying with a towel so I knew it was completly dry. Then make sure to wait the 24 hrs it says to and we have had no problem. Old 1940s Standard 5ft tub made of porcelain. So slick almost hurt myself a few times. I finally got these, Love them! Stick so well and no more death trap in my shower/ tub.
They are a bluish tint like other reviewers have said, but I dont mind. They work so well.
