Got it today and had a package of hamburger ready to go. I used an ice cream scoop and a little extra per burger. I used cellophane wrap and put it in the bottom then the burger then put the other end over the top and pressed the burger. Comes out all wrapped in cellophane wrap and put them in the freezer. Didn’t even get my hands in the hamburger and the press was clean when I finished. Took about ten minutes to do the whole package. Great little gadget.
