I read all the numerous bad reviews so I immediately tested it on absolutely KNOWN weight amounts. like high quality workout weights. the scale read all accurately. wow I am impressed. it was a total no brainer to quickly learn the functions without even needing to read the directions. I toggled between temperature C and F easily and quickly and pounds and Kg also. I saw complaints about picking up heavy objects with the T shaped handle.. that is totally NOT a problem. if bag is LIGHT weight, then just use one hand…if bag is heavy, the handle is LARGE enough for you to place one hand on either side of the T handle and easily pick up any heavier bag and STILL be able to SEE the weight reading. the reading also flashes 3 times then stays steady for 2 minutes giving you plenty time to sit the bag down and look at it. not that I needed that; as you can SEE the reading flashing then going steady while your still holding the bag suspended. excellent DESIGN and well made scale. The soft rubbery underside of the T handle was GREAT. its beautiful looking also. there are a lot of detailed instructions as well if anyone needs hand holding LOL
