This is an excellent brace. It is wide enough to support the lower half of the back. It has 20 magnets which will relieve pain and aid in healing tissues. It has NO Tourmaline which tends to get hot and can burn skin in direct contact. This brace is vented on the sides and remains cool. It is adjustable. I wear size 38. I ordered an XL and it fits well. It is light weight and can be worn for extended periods of time.
