Iv’e used this for everything from patching my boat, to roof repairs. This is by far the best product on the market. The UV resistance is what sets this product apart from others. Have you ever seen a calking job done with standard caulk, after a few years of sun? The caulk is peeling and no longer sealed. This stuff holds for a long time. If you’re on the fence, try it. It’s worth it to not have to redo the work every couple years. Iv’e been using this stuff for years, and will always buy it for my caulking needs (even when it’s overkill, I just want to get it right the first time).

This one step polyurethane, will NEVER GROW MOLD like silicons will. The adhesion is outstanding. It does take 7 days to fully cure, but is dry to the touch the next day, albeit still soft. It just about bonds to anything. You do need a little lacquer thinner around in case you want to smooth it a little. (It is NOT WATER CLEANUP.). But for door sills, boats, and anything to do with water, this is it. I use it to seal around tubs and showers as well. NO MOLD EVER!
