Fun! I have a glass top electric range so I used a flat bottomed cast iron griddle under my fish. I heated the mold well before adding my batter. Takes a little practice to know the right amount of batter to add and how long to wait, but the outside was crisp and golden brown and the insides are fluffy. We LOVE it♥️😋
