I really love this little foodie tool, and we are having a lot of yummy fun with it! The Vasta is really easy to use, and my husband and I have been making lots of yummy things with it! So far we’ve made Apple and Potato Roses in Puff Pastry (which I will be making again very soon!), Cucumber “Maki” Rolls filled with Tuna Ceviche, which were delicious, Cucumber Roll Appetizers filled with mozzarella, basil pesto, and prosciutto, and Zucchini “Fettuccine” Noodles, which we sauteed agli olio (in garlic and oil), and also served with tomato-sausage sauce and fresh herbs! And the things we’ve made were so pretty that I took photos! The Vasta is easy and safe to use, as the blade is hidden, and it is different from a Mandoline or a Spiralizer, as it makes sheets and flat noodles out of your veggies and fruits! It really is great if you want to get more veggies and fruits into your diet, as you can make veggie and fruit crepes, wraps, noodles, burritos, maki- all sorts of things!
