My birds just arrived, they were all intact and ready to use out of the box. Used tiny funnel to fill them, which was very easy. It took maybe a couple minutes and wat very easy. You need to poke a hole in the soil first and hold your finger over the tube before you place in the dirt, then just lower into the soil hole you’ve already made. I turned my at an angle and that kept it from draining all the water, and that has worked great so far. The whole took process took under 10 minutes.
