These work just like I had hoped. Cut out the decal that you want, wet the back side of the paper, wet your nail, and slide the decal off the paper onto your nail. It doesn’t seem to ripple or bubble at all when applying a clear coat on top. It’s fairly easy to reposition to where you want it, too, as long as you have enough water on your nail. Decals are inherently fragile, so be careful handling it. They can split or tear if you’re not delicate with the process.
