Wash and towel dry hair, apply this and leave on for at least five minutes-my hair was like a Brillo pad prior to this treatment! I left it on overnight the first time, and wrapped a towel around my head then rinsed in the morning. It has made my hair SO silky and much improved the condition and appearance of my thin hair.
