Spray Pam in the cup. Mix your ingredients (egg whites, chopped onions, tomatoes and spinach). Putt eggs into cup (I used a scooper). Close the lid. Place into boiling water. Boil for 15 minutes. Take them out of the water and let them cool down for about an hour. Take the top off, turn upside down and they slide right out. VERY EASY TO DO!
