I’ve been using it on myself on a large area and it can be a little exhausting. Doesn’t come with a well detailed manual but after starting on the lower setting, and bumping it up a little more I noticed a slight improvement in my skins texture so I went up the the 9setting as pictured.

there is a learning curve, i forgot to use tip(s) at first, also figure what strength (usually use 7-9), also you need to hold it in place for about a second barely above skin, sometimes touching. this works great for tags, also the dots around eyes and neck for crepey skin and tightening really works (have to do several treatments). A screw tip didn’t have a hole drilled and it’s been 3 months since purchase and the manufacturer sent a whole replacement. very good customer service. make sure to get numbing cream!
