I am a 36D and was worried I wouldn’t be able to achieve the right amount of “lift” I was going for. It was tricky at first but I found the best way to achieve a “push-up” look is to lean forward/downward so your boobs are hanging upside down and then apply the bra while you are bent over. You also want to make sure the bottom “band part” is as high up your chest as it can go (where your ribs meet your boobs). And voila! The perfect amount of cleavage with a strapless bra and a low cut shirt. The adhesive is VERY sticky so it should hold up to many uses. The extra petals were a great bonus. Well worth the price!
