This is a good fryer for home use, it has a lid, and a place to drain extra oil from the food. Also when close the lid there is a locker prevent lid from failover if the food draining there are heavy.
It comes with a pair of chopsticks and a temp gauge, which is handy. temp gauge can be put on the hole designed for that, good design I would say. 304 steel is easy to clean, hopefully it doesn’t develop stretches.
