I needed a spoon small enough to measure out a 1/4 amount of a crushed pill. My cat needs blood pressure medicine but just a small amount. The 1/64 of a teaspoon measured the amount needed. So instead if cutting a pill in 4ths and then crushing the quarter pill to mix it with tuna, I crush the entire pill and measure out just enough of the crushed medicine.
