So many of these bulbs now boast multiple modes, which are achieved by….turning the electricity on and off cycling through the modes. Which is so irritating I can’t comprehend why anyone would want to endure it.
These bulbs are single mode: flames. Which is why you buy “flame bulbs.” I put one of these in a hanging fixture in the kitchen of the house I just bought, and the sellers (who are my neighbors now) drove buy they were convinced the fixture was on fire. Seems a solid endorsement.
