How To Use:
- Find a calm and comfortable space: Select a quiet area where you can lie down and relax during the treatment. Make sure you have a stable surface to rest your head.
- Prepare the area: Place a protective barrier, such as a towel or plate, around your ear to catch any debris or ash that may fall.
- Position yourself: Lie on your side with the ear you want to treat facing upwards. Use a pillow or cushion to support your head and maintain a comfortable position.
- Insert the ear candle carefully: Gently insert the tapered end of the ear candle into the outer opening of the ear canal. Be cautious not to insert it too deeply. It should fit snugly but comfortably.
- Light the ear candle: Use a mirror to carefully light the opposite end of the ear candle. Ensure you have a secure grip on the candle, and make sure your hair and any loose clothing are away from the flame.
- Monitor the process: As the candle burns, keep a close eye on it to ensure it remains vertical and steady. Check for any signs of discomfort or unusual sensations. It is generally recommended to burn the candle for around 10-12 minutes per ear.
- Remove and extinguish the ear candle: Once the flame reaches the designated safety mark or about 4-5 cm from the ear, gently remove the ear candle from the ear canal. Extinguish it in a container of water or by snuffing it out carefully.
