I bought this and was disappointed with the finish. It looked scratched and the tab on the top to remove the protective sheet left a residue. I wrote to the seller and they responded quickly. It turns out that it did in fact have a thin plastic sheet cover over the top that was hard to remove and impossible to see but it was there. They responded quickly and honestly. They offered to make it right but it turns out they did nothing wrong and I am happy. The product looks great, fit perfectly into the existing grommet hole in my desk and has a nice red light that lets you know its on and a soft tone to let you know you are charging your phone when placed on the top. Laying the iPhone x on the pad works great and does not have to be too precise just basically in the middle. Thanks, good product and service. Cheers!
