I tried the doughnuts but they just didn’t look right on my fine-haired 3 year old. So I tried this and because it pulls the hair tight, it looks convincing and stays on all day. I tie the hair into a ponytail first, then put this with the ends of the ponytail in between and roll it up. I have to be careful and pull in shorter extra hair along the way, but once it’s rolled into a bun, it stays put. For finishing touch, stick a few bobby pins to fix the bun in place and done!
