The product was well packaged in bubble wrap. Included are a charging cable, keycap puller and switch puller. The numpad is Bluetooth RGB mechanical keyboard with Gateron Red switches. It is hot-swappable, that means the switches can be replaced. The keycaps are “pudding” keycaps made from PBT. There are barely noticeable minor molding defects, as seen in the photo. All in all it looks great. Considering the price, it is a great numpad. I would recommend the product and the seller.
