This is a solid feeling piece of quality craftsmanship. The flame must be at least 4″ on high. I didn’t measure it. EDIT ALERT! I did measure the flame today. (yes I was bored) The flame on high measured a little over 7 inches. So far lights 1st time, every time. One click of the solid feeling button and you have flame.
