This product worked just fine grinding pepper for 13 months which is one month past the warranty before it completely quit. Is supposed to have a lifetime guarantee, so now I will see just exactly what that means when I contact the company. Upon connecting with the company I was pleasantly pleased due find out they were going to replace the unit.
