The earrings arrived earlier than expected. They are very sparkly and noticeable on your ear. Had I looked closer at the picture when I ordered, I would have seen that the gems were set in white. I was a little disappointed when I received them and saw them. BUT, they look very nice on and the white is not a problem like I thought it would be on first sight. The posts and backing are as pictured- this is important to note in case you have ordered other less expensive earrings and have had a problem.
