I was looking for something for the arm of a rocker recliner. I wasn’t sure this would work very well on a rocking chair. The arm of our chair is the same size as our sofa. Turns out it works great!! I am very impressed with how it holds when the chair is moving, even in the reclining position which makes it tilted back at a slight angle. Our arms are more rounded on the edges & it still holds well. The insert allows you to hold a smaller cup more securely. When removed it allows a larger cup or a coffee cup with handle sticking out the slot. Great invention, I wish I had thought of it!

This drink holder fits perfectly around the wide arm of my recliner, and it stays in place. It holds whatever size of cups or glassware I have placed in it, without tipping or spilling any of the liquid contents — even on those few occasions when I have accidentally knocked against the cup or holder with an errant arm. At least for me, this product works well and it looks good on my recliner. I find it safe and easy to use, and it does the intended job.
