It’s really good but very small

Was surprisingly easy to use, made several croissants yesterday afternoon. Directions on how to clean and maybe a small recipe would be a good addition. Easy to handle, but would definitely suggest a light dusting with flour every time you make a “pass” of the roller. We cleaned it by brushing any excess flour off and wiping down with a kitchen towel. Do not suggest washing with detergents or in dishwasher.
