Bought this to tighten up the mid section, also bought some cream with it, as suggested, and with the two, I saw a difference, really, in a week, where my waist was maintaining the slimness. I think if you want to sweat it out, and use this, try it out! The top was a bit snug, so you might get a uniboob thing going on, but in the privacy of your home or gym, no one notices and I wore under my clothes almost every workout.

I probably could’ve fit into a XL bc the waist wasn’t snug like I expected but I don’t want it to be too tight in my chest area. I started to sweat a little before I started my workout. Recieved this a few days ago after a nervous purchase. Happy I did though. I got a medium, I”m a 34/36C cup, 145-150#, usually wear between a small and medium depending on brand. May order another in a different color for the price!
