The first time I tried to put it on it was impossible but the problem wasn’t the garment. I ordered a small because I wanted it to be tight and trust me, it was. I am 5’4″ and weigh 150lbs. I had to lose weight to get in to it and when I did baby look out. This shape wear pulled my tummy in, slimmed my waist down , rounded my hips. product is awesome it holds you in the right places and gives you room to breathe at the same time it does its job a hundred times better than most shapewears if you want to feel comfortable and sexy at the same time this is definitely the shapewear for you. Please get this if you want that hourglass figure , love love love it I am currently a size 12 that stands at five foot three with huge boobs and this product does the job for me I got the medium wouldn’t recommend getting anything bigger than a medium if you’re a 12 or 10 if you’re under a 8 I would recommend the small that’s just my opinion but that’s what works for me
