I purchased this product after the podiatrist told me to do stretches for plantar fasciitis. The rocker came with instructions for several stretches. I followed the instructions and didn’t find them to be difficult. I found it easier than stepping on a curb or other surface to stretch. At first I didn’t think it was really stretching my heel but I continued for several days and it did get better. I would recommend giving it a try.
