Like spanx for fat arms. Absolutely perfect. I am a 16-18 but with very large arms, much larger than most women my size. My arms are the bane of my existence. These are a bit thick, but as I would only want to wear long black sleeves in cooler weather, thickness doesn’t matter. I bought the Q2 size and my arms go from 20+ inches around to 18 inches around. That may not seem like much, but it really is, plus these keep things from flapping around and accidental lift-off. You know what I’m talking about. I plan to wear them a lot once it gets cooler.
