It targets not only abs but also shoulders and arms. There are different exercises you can do with this roller ab equipment and all I need is 5-10 minutes a day compare to hours in the gym. It has resistance bands which helps me to do more exercises. Easy to store and it doesnt occupy alot of space at home. Cute color lime green style.
