I knew I had bad posture, which is why I bought this back brace, but I didn’t realize how bad it was until I put this back brace on. I highly recommend it and would definitely repurchase it. I did feel a little soar after putting it on, but I think that means it was working. It’s very adjustable and comfortable and I truly believe it works. (PS I’m a woman & I love it even if it says it’s for men, ladies it’s amazing)
