I’m 5’5. I weigh 168 lbs. My measurements are 36 bust, 34 waist, and 44 hips. After reading the reviews, I chose to buy a large. I’m excited about this trainer! I put it on immediately after it arrived and I wore it for 6 hours. No one had a clue I was wearing a trainer. It’s thick, but comfortable and the hooks are large and easy to clasp. I’m only able to fasten it on the very first row of hooks, but my goal is to be on the 3rd row by the summer.
The only con so far ( just for me) it started to itch after 3 hours. I’m sure it’s mostly because I didn’t wash it before wearing it. If it continues after washing it, I will just wear a tank underneath it to keep it off my skin.
UPDATE: I have lost 2 inches off my waist since this review and will be buying a medium! I’m on the last row of hooks WITH a shirt underneath it as well. I wear it without a shirt underneath since I washed it, so I’m giving it 5 stars.

So far I have purchased the 6xl on June 6th and then I moved down to the 5xl on June 11th. On June 25th I started with the 4xl and wore it until today (Jul 9th). I am now wearing the 3xl. I have not been eating appropriately because of vacations and Independence day. I have been taking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before meals on the weekends when I have been eating like crazy and not doing my weight watchers which I do Monday through Thursday. I lost 10 pounds in the last two weeks and 3-5 inches. I think the combination between the waist training, apple cider vinegar and weight watchers is working. I have less end of the day bloating also. I probably could get even better results if I had more self-control over the weekends. I am purchasing the 2xl today. I hope this helps someone…
