alright so I ordered it in a medium and at the time I was a large-x-large(depending on the brand) but have since lost about 40lbs and I am now a medium. that being said I ordered another medium just because the one I have is a little stretched out but it really does help shape the body. I had man boobs and a beer belly and my doctor told me id have to have my chest operated on to make it normal again. She was obviously wrong I wore this everyday under my work clothes and I also bought a compression body shaper for working out. I was consistent only giving myself a break on weekends when id lounge around the house. I am now a size 32 waist with no love handles, a small stomach (just started doing more ab workouts), and an almost normal chest. This product has helped me so much its given me confidence and really helped my body reshape itself.

While “Vest Shirt” might not be the most accurate description of what this pseudo-undershirt really is, the GKVK Mens Slimming Body Shaper Vest is a spectacular product none-the-less. I’ve ordered it (in various sizes) throughout my weight loss journey and it’s really helped to boost my confidence at times when the weight loss didn’t seem to be enough.

I got one of these, liked it enough to order a second, and I’ve used them several times now. I like the way they make me feel. Besides firming, they help to remind me to maintain good posture. They do a very good job of slimming and firming and just make you feel better about yourself. However, you will be aware you’ve got it on. Getting it on and off is something you have to learn how to handle, and it’s a struggle at first. I have washed them several times (in a garment bag, as suggested) and they come out fine. I don’t wear them often, but feel comfortable with them when I do.
