4.75 STARS!! Love the resistance is perfect for shadow boxing, bag work, and footwork. Quality hook and loop. D rings are sturdy.
I also use them to do ab wheel rollouts, plyo push ups, kettle bell swings, shoulder presses/raises, and anything else I can think of.
Only thing that keeps me giving this product a full 5 stars is that the wrist attachment would be better if it looped back to attach, it’s hard to tighten the wrist wrap.

I order these bands and received three longs one and one short one. I contact the seller and not only did they offer to send me a replacement I received an extra one. Now the items itself was a boom boom boom and I had a good warm up, 10 mins in 1 min rest. I have a background in combat competition as they say MMA but I’m old school. Great band, the belt fits me well. I added my hand weights for combinations and Leg weights in my routine. Now remember I said 10 min in, lol how about I min of straight blitz with hands and 1 min of kick blitz. Heart rate up but good but wow tired af. I Workout and train. Bottom line I’m good. 5 star seller and great bands.
