I think this will work well for me. I have it over the back of the passenger seat in my pickup where it is convenient but out of the way. It looks like it will hold up well and I like that there is a strap on the bottom to hook under the seat to keep it from flopping around. I lined it with a plastic shopping bag so I can put soda cans in there without making a mess.
