I personally like mine. It is easy to use, has a low noise level, and at $40.00 is a great buy! It is not an air conditioner so don’t expect it to cool like one, but it is great for what it is! It is a nice personal space cooler. Add ice, then water, and wet and freeze the filter before use for the optimum cooling experience. It works great to put on a bedside table and turn it toward the bed at night!. The only drawback I have noticed is the filter drawer sticks a little bit but it can be clicked into place with just a little effort. Keep in mind what context this is used for and made for and you should be impressed and pleasantly surprised with what it can do for the size it is!
