This is a great product for someone who is seizure / drop prone – it’s shocking how much damage household items otherwise rated ‘safe’ (night lights, door stops) can do when your entire unconscious body weight is smashing down on it. The one caution I would have is that it would not be safe around someone who can not understand and avoid choking hazards, as they might pull on the greenery and put the soft, decorative floral bits in their mouth. On a more positive note, the light is pleasant, soothing and the units do not overheat – I’ve never even seen them get warm to the touch, likely thanks to the handy auto-off/on feature. I’ve had four units plugged in for months straight and all of them are still going strong. So worth it.
