If you have extra long hair, these are a must to get it up and in a fast, easy bun that lasts. No falling out and doesn’t feel tight and uncomfortable. I wish I tried these sooner. Once you roll on the correct side of the bars, it’s very easy. I do have to double my hair back because it’s so long but it works great. My hair is down to my hips but I think it would work with below should length hair too. I hope this helps.
