Hand wash only, avoid machine washing or tumble drying.
Gently rub the adhesive with your fingertips, taking care to avoid scratching with your nails to avoid damage. Rinse thoroughly with warm water to remove any residue. Shake off excess water and gently press the insole to remove any residual moisture. Let it air dry in a clean, dust-free place.
