How is it prepared?

• Turn On the Power Switch
• Confirm the Battery Lamp is on
• Wait about 30 seconds until the Ready Lamp turns on.

DIAMONDS

• 1. Beep (beep-beep-beep)
• 2. Level Meter ② 1~4 of the Red Lamp box will light up.
  (More Red Lamp boxes will light up for larger sized gems.)

DIAMOND SIMULANS

• (Except Synthetic Moissanite)
• 1. No beep.
• 2. No Red Lamp boxes will light up. Lamp boxes can light up to Green and/or Yellow depending on the Simulant type.)

METAL WARNING

• 1. Continuous humming sound.
  (Metal has a very high thermal conductivity and can give the same indication as a Diamond with most Thermal Probes. The Diamond Selector Ⅱ has a Metal Alert buzzer to alert you when the Stylus tip touches metal.) Humming sound if you hear the Metal Alert. tap.
